第13回GOAL発表会 “What is the Ideal Future Work for All?”

世界には働きたいと思っているのに仕事がない失業者が約2.7億人います。しかし世界人口は増え続けるため、各国の経済発展と雇用創出は必須です。
また、雇用を生み出しても、誰もが安全に働ける環境で、正当な給料をもらい、同時に成長ができる、ディーセント・ワーク（働きがいのある人間らしい仕事）でなければいけません。
また、働き方というのは国によっても違いがありますが、それぞれの国の文化・歴史・社会・宗教はどう影響しているのでしょうか？

この国際交流イベントは、アレックスソリューションズが主催するグローバル人材育成プログラム「GOAL」の第13回発表会としても行われます。今回は研修生として高校、大学、社会人の日本人５名が、SDGsの目標8「働きがいも経済成長も」をテーマに、４日間かけて海外のサポーターと、それぞれの国の若者、男女、外国人の労働の現状や、キャリアアップの仕方の違いなどをディスカッションしてきました。
イベントでは、その学びのまとめを日本人研修生がの英語プレゼンにまとめて発表します。後半には参加者全員で一緒にディスカッションしていきます。

In 2022, ILO reported there were approximately 270 million unemployed people in the world even though they want to work. The world’s population keeps growing. That’s why it is essential for countries to develop their economies and create productive jobs.
When jobs are created, they must be decent work where everyone can work in a safe environment, receive a fair salary and learn skills at the same time.
There are different working styles among the countries. Are they influenced by culture, customs, history and religion?

We invite you to the 13th presentation event of the global training program “GOAL” organized by Alexsolutions. 
This time, five young Japanese trainees spent four days discussing the theme of SDG8: “Decent work and Economic growth” with supporters from Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Israel. They research how the unemployment rate differs based on gender and each age group and  working situation of foreigners in each country, and how people improve their careers, etc.
This event will be the final day of the program and the conclusion of their learning.
We will also have a group discussion after their presentation.

*GOAL is an online global training program provided by Alexsolutions. The trainees select one of the themes related to SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
