Benefits package for travel or abroad

Free Vacation(フリーバカンス制度)

There is a long-term paid leave system until the next project for an employee who has been worked for more than one year. The duration is one month and the basic salary will be provided during this period.

Whirlwind Backpacker Subsidy(弾丸バックパッカー助成金)

There is a subsidy of 30,000 yen per day for each day of paid leave for an employee traveling abroad on weekend and paid leave.

Overseas Training Program(海外研修制度)

This is a program available to an employee who ha been worked for more than one year allowing them to participate in overseas training. The training includes one-month language study at a local language school, followed by a two-month internship at a local company.


Benefits package for hobbies and events

Hobby Incentive Subsidy(趣味奨励金)

This system provides support of up to 5,000 yen for each event or competition regarding a hobby.

Activity Incentive System(アクティビティ奨励制度)

The company provides subsidies for expenses incurred in organizing an offline event if this meet certain conditions.

Cross-Industry Interpersonal Exchange Subsidy(異業種異性交流会助成金)

The company provides a subsidy of 10,000 yen per social gathering for single employees.

Company Award(社内表彰制度)

Commending MVP, Excellence, Language Proficiency, Qualification Achievement, Private Life Award, and an employee with 5 and 10 years of service, along with a supplementary prize.

Teach-Learn System(オシオソ制度)

When participating as a lecturer in training sessions, an additional payment(2,500 yen per hour currently) is made on top of the regular salary.

Employee Referral System(社員紹介制度)

When referring friends or acquaintances to our company's job openings, the referrer receives a referral bonus in addition to their regular salary.

〜Feedback〜

The main attraction to Alex, to begin with, is the Free Vacation, which I find to be a unique benefits package not commonly offered by other companies. The satisfaction level after using it is indeed 100%. This system encouraged me to persevere through the challenges of my previous work environment and provided an excellent opportunity to refresh before moving on to the next assignment. There are certain responsibilities such as schedule adjustments and handovers at the current workplace that need to be addressed before using the policy. However, tackling these aspects also provided valuable learning experiences.

〜Trip in Kansai Area〜

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, I took advantage of Free Vacation to embark on a domestic trip. With long term vacation system, I leisurely explored the Kansai area, visited Universal Studios Japan with friends, and savored fresh matcha in the tea fields of Kyoto. I am highly satisfied with this system as it enabled me to explore and enjoy different places.

〜Day Camp in Okutama〜

I like to do outdoor activities in my free time. Although preparing for a day camp involves hassles like expense of loading gear and using a car, receiving support allowed me to choose high-quality ingredients and bring along a variety of equipment. As a result, I was able to enjoy a highly enthusiastic camping experience. I look forward to continuing to make good use of this support in the future.
